I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy at any point in their life journey. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a supportive space to reflect and grow, having someone alongside you can make a meaningful difference. My own experiences navigating anxiety, ADHD, and OCD - as well as my time in therapy as a client - are what initially drew me to the field of counselling and continue to shape the way I show up in this work.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and recently completed my practicum at the Chilliwack Youth Health Centre, where I worked primarily with teens and young adults navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centred, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to share openly, without fear of judgment. I believe that knowledge is empowering, and I often integrate tools and resources that can support you both in and beyond our sessions. I draw from attachment-based work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and elements of exposure-informed practices, adapting our work to your unique needs and goals.

I enjoy working with individuals aged 16 and older, particularly young adults, and support concerns such as anxiety, stress management, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship challenges, OCD, and spiritual deconstruction, trauma, and reconstruction. My goal is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself - a strength I believe can help you move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.

I feel honoured and excited to work with and witness the growth of clients who invite me into their journey. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and support you on your path toward well-being.
