Jaspreet Kaler

An innate desire to help and understand others, coupled with pivotal life experiences, led me to pursue psychotherapy and counselling. I am passionate about supporting individuals wherever they are in their journeys, dedicated to facilitating healthier lives for individuals and families within our community.

To begin this journey, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (2022). Much of my professional experience comprises work with children, young adults, and families, as well as supporting individuals facing addiction, substance use, and neurodivergence. I am fluent in both English and Punjabi.
