Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you. I see life as a story—one that includes beauty, joy, and connection, but also pain, hardship, and grief. Research tells us that 70% of people will experience trauma at some point in their lives. I am one of those people, and my own path through adversity, growth, and healing is what brought me to this work. I understand how difficult and intimidating it can be to sit across from someone new and share your inner world. That's why I strive to offer a space grounded in trust, warmth, and non-judgment—a space where you can exhale and be fully seen.

As a therapist, I deeply respect the uniqueness of every person's story. I believe in your inherent worth and your capacity to heal, even when life feels overwhelming. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process. It's a space to slow down, reflect, and explore all parts of yourself with curiosity and gentleness. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, working toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

In addition to my work, I'm a proud wife and mother of two teenage boys. My days are often filled with cheering from the sidelines of sporting events, sneaking in hikes with my beloved golden retriever, and connecting with friends and family—relationships that continue to teach and ground me in what matters most.
