MCP
Like many who enter this field, my path to becoming a counsellor started with my own journey. Living with anxiety and ADHD, I've experienced the ups and downs with my self-worth, emotional dysregulation, the impacts of spiritual trauma, and navigating challenges in relationships.
I've also walked through the difficult but rewarding (albeit ongoing) process of spiritual deconstruction and reconstruction, grappling with identity, belonging, and rebuilding values and beliefs.
Wherever you might find yourself—whether in grief, anxiety, stress, relational conflict, trauma, or self-doubt—you are welcome here. I take a trauma-informed approach focusing on relational safety and equipping you with tools for grounding, confidence, and alignment with the life you want.
