I look forward to supporting individuals and couples with issues related to ADHD, anxiety, anger, challenges with family, friends, and relationships, as well as life transitions. As a South Asian woman, I understand the important role that culture can play in one's life and welcome these conversations in our work together. I provide trauma-informed therapy using a holistic, client-centered, and strength-based lens. My practice emphasizes emotions and attachment; seeing individuals as unique, I am adaptable to the needs of my clients. Above all, I prioritize the creation of a safe and trusting space for us to work in.

My approach is collaborative; I ensure a safe space to explore and process while also providing tools and resources that can be used beyond session. I believe knowledge is power and when empowered, humans can grow in meaningful ways. I aspire to leave clients with a deeper understanding of themselves, which I see as a great strength in pushing forward.
