If you have made it this far in your journey to find support, you are already brave. I know from my own story and through learning from the stories of others, that taking the first step to actually reach out for help takes courage, determination, and strength. So, if you have made it even further and are reading about me here, I wonder what it is you would like to know?

Whether meeting with kids, teens, young adults, parents, women, or members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I take a playful, warm and collaborative approach to our work together. Throughout the 25+ years of my social work and counselling career, I have worked within and across a number of systems, including child protection, mental health, substance use/addictions, and all education levels—partnering with diverse client groups across the life span.

I am a certified Synergetic Play Therapist and a fierce advocate for children and their support systems. For clients of all ages, my commitment is to come to you with curiosity and an open heart—to work alongside you so you feel less alone, more heard, and truly seen.

Other support areas include case consultation, clinical supervision and mentorship, as well as post-secondary guidance and support.
