There’s a reason you feel the way you do. The mind and body remember what the conscious self often tries to forget. Reactions that seem “too much,” patterns that feel stuck, emotions that come out of nowhere—they’re not flaws. They’re signals. They’re the language of your nervous system, shaped by experiences that may never have been processed. Healing begins with curiosity, not judgment. When we understand the logic behind our pain, we begin to loosen its grip and reclaim our ability to choose how we move forward.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion. I use modalities like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and release the weight of past experiences, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore the different parts of you that have developed to protect, survive, and adapt to your life experiences and relationships.
Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of trauma, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a space that’s steady, curious, and collaborative. Some days I’ll teach you something new about how your mind works. Other days I’ll sit with you in silence. Always, I’ll support you in becoming the expert of your experience.
